Increasing Your Prayer Ministry Effectiveness

Picture2“I urge then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone.”   1 Timothy 2:1

Perhaps your church is wanting to mobilize people to be involved in prayer ministry and you are wanting to make sure your prayer servants are equipped and trained. Perhaps you are wanting to see your church live in the reality of being a “royal priesthood.”

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light…”            1 Peter 2:9

In many churches, prayer servants have been through a prayer course or have the life experience of praying for people over a period of years. However, some prayer servants are thrown into the “fire” of having to minister in prayer, and they have never done it before. It can be unnerving and awkward at times.

So, to serve this ministry and to help those whom God is calling to minister to others in prayer, the Empowerment Institute has prepared this short booklet. Hopefully you will find it useful. Thank you for being willing to be used by God in prayer!
